Class Descriptions

Schedule Excellence Quote

L.I.F.T (Load intensive, full body training): This is a 60-minute strength training class designed to burn body fat, build lean muscle, improve strength, and maximize your calorie burn. Workouts are customized to individual ability levels.

POWER SHRED: This is a 50-minute high intensity cardio class that uses a combination of high and low intensity movements that burn maximum calories and improve cardiovascular health. Workouts are customized to individual ability levels.

 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All classes are limited to 12 clients and completely tailored to individual abilities, injuries, and goals. To ensure that each participant receives excellent service and personalized coaching, we require session reservations be placed online at least 1 hour in advance and cancelled 2 hours in advance.

How it Works

Step 1: Individual Fitness Assessments

After you register, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your initial assessment. During the assessment, we will take your photos, measurements, weight, and chat about what results you’d like to see. We’ll recommend the right type of classes to take for your goal and how to get the best possible results.

Step 2: Customized Nutrition 

You will meet with your personal fitness coach on a monthly basis where you’ll be taught how to burn fat 24 hours a day by eating delicious, healthy food that keeps you full and satisfied! The program does NOT include fad diets, extreme calorie cutting, or quick fixes. You will learn how to make healthy delicious meals that are simple and effective for dropping fat and getting lean!

Step 3: Small Group Fat Loss and Muscle Toning Classes

You will have access to our small group classes with several days and time slots to choose from. Classes are approximately 50-60 minutes long and combine strength training with cardio conditioning to help you burn fat, tone muscles, and skyrocket your energy! Each class is modified to INDIVIDUAL abilities, so you’ll never have to worry about it being too hard or too easy! Our specialty is helping YOU be successful in reaching your goals…wherever your ability level is at today!

Step 4: Accountability and Support

One of the biggest reasons why people fail to reach their fitness goals is lack of accountability and support! Not only will you have a personal fitness coach to keep you motivated and educated throughout the process, our ENTIRE staff will literally be supporting you every step of the way! With that said, we are only looking to work with those who are really committed to changing their nutrition and exercise habits and getting life transforming results! We will ask for your commitment to attend at least 2 classes a week, log your food daily, and to be held accountable to your weekly nutrition plan. But let me be clear, PERFECTION IS NOT THE GOAL. We simply ask that you do your best and stay teachable throughout the process. Remember, we are here to support you every step of the way!
