Unlike traditional personal trainers, we offer a flat monthly rate with no added gym fees or initiation fees. On average, our clients save 75% or more compared to one-on-one personal training while still getting phenomenal results. Our structured programming allows clients to train up to six days a week without over training or over paying.

Persu L.E.A.N membership includes:

  • Up to 4 exercise and/or nutrition training sessions per week (depending on your membership)
  • Precision Nutrition binder
  • Precision Nutrition recipe book
  • Unlimited group training (with annual agreement)
  • 4 week customized program for fat loss, toning, and lean muscle mass (updated every 4 weeks)
  • Comprehensive assessment every 5 weeks that includes body fat, photos, and physical testing
  • Progress report every 8 weeks

Persu Personal Best membership includes:

  • Up to 4 exercise training sessions per week (depending on your membership)
  • Unlimited group training (with annual agreement)
  • 12 week customized program for increased strength, physical capabilities, and sports performance
